New Egypt Auto Body became part of the OC Automotive Resources family in November 2023 under the ownership of brothers Richard and Gary Gardella. While New Egypt Auto Body is a newer addition to their organization, the Gardellas bring more than 25 years of collision repair experience from their flagship location, County Line Auto Body in Howell, NJ. Since acquiring the facility, they have invested in staff development, training, equipment, and operational improvements to ensure customers receive the same high level of service, communication, and quality repairs that have become the standard across their organization. Along with the car being fixed the black scuffs on my car were gone and the car on the inside was cleaned and vacuumed it was all so shiny and looked brand new Iām very happy with it.

I would not recommend anyone use this shop. The way they handled this was wrong . I was not informed of the extra cost and then was told I couldnāt have my car back until my insurance company paid more money or I had to pay out of pocket. I had to borrow money to pay to have my car back to go to work- the car was drivable - I had a bumper repair on one side of the front end that wound up costing about 3,000 dollars. The shop knew I needed the car, in fact if I had left the car , it would still be there because I have not heard from them about what is happening with the reimbursement from my insurance company . I do not have car rental insurance and the shop knew this as well .
