Although the brothers have not owned the facility very long, they have over 25 years experience at their main location, County Line Auto Body in Howell NJ. At New Egypt Auto Body, the two have implemented a dedicated staff which ensures the same level of customer service and quality repairs, insurance companies and customers have grown to expect. The company has made and continues to make improvements to their staff training in the effort to be a leader in the automotive repair industry.

I am so happy that I chose new Egypt auto body to do the repairs on my 2021 Audi A4. The process was simple, seamless and pleasant. Throughout the duration of the repair, Dawn at the front desk, kept me apprised on the status. The quality of work, and the attention to detail was excellent. New Egypt auto body was amazing from start to finish. Dawn and Craig kept me updated every step of the way while they were working on my car. There was absolutely no hassle and they took care of everything. My car was completed before the estimated finish date they had given me. The car looks immaculate and runs perfectly. New Egypt auto body does fantastic work and I would highly recommend using them for your vehicles needs. I will definitely be using their services again if I should need it.

I am very satisfied with the overall repair work that was done to the car. It looks great!! I thought, however, that the communication could have been a little better on the following: 1. I initially discussed bringing in my car to be serviced when all parts were delivered since the car was still drivable. As a result, I brought my car in based upon the auto body shop saying that all parts were in, however, I found out subsequently that they were still waiting for some parts. 2. I was given a tentative pick up date so planned my car rental accordingly. The tentative date changed, which is fine, but I only found that out last minute when I called up the shop the day before I was about to pickup the car and as a result had to rearrange my rental. 3. Exclusive of my deductible, there was an additional amount of money that I owed that I did not know about until I arrived at the auto body shop to pick up my car.
