I was totally dissatisfied with the work done by New South Ford Bodyshop. I had to bring my car back three times after the manager called and told me my car was complete. The sides of my front bumper was not properly secured. The front grill completely fell down and was not properly secured. I also had an infestation of ants after New South Ford Bodyshop and the manager only suggested a vacuum.

I’m happy with the attempt to get my truck fixed and back to me in a timely manner but I’m appalled at the lack of security on the lot. Leaving my truck to be vandalized.
