There was a lack of communication on the front end about the wide difference in the repair quote and the shop quote. Once I recognized that the difference was about reconditioned and aftermarket parts, Rochelle went to bat for me and worked with the insurance adjuster.

They did a fantastic job on the repair. However I think they put my broken bumper in the back of my car and scratched the tinted window

There were some cracks in the paint, the corner panel should have been sanded down, instead obviously they just sprayed over the cracks because I can see them, definitely not quality work, hoping newby will make it right

Absolutely not, I sent them the photos of the car and have not even received a message back, that's why I was waiting to fill out this survey until now, obviously they're not going to get back to me

Cracks in the paint already, newby is saying that it is bondo, I disagree, only way to tell is to sand it back down so I'll have to have a real professional shop do that and pay for it out of pocket even though I've already paid $1,000 out of pocket to have this done, there was a little ding to begin with I asked if this would be fixed I was told yes by a newby employee, I understand the thing was pre-existing, but I was lied to, and the work is just how fast just enough to get by, but never use them again

The passenger side door has dents on it that weren't there before the accident yet they were circled as preexisting. The chrome around the passenger side window was bent when taken off and then I was told that I could glue the one part back down. I was told that the needed to replace the left front tire so they ordered one. Only one and without any info regarding the warranty or miles for that tire. Then I was told that all of the tires were very bad and needed to be replaced and that it would be dangerous to drive around on them. (Back tires were new with maybe 10k miles on them. The front two tires were fine.) Told that I needed to get the splash guard to help hold the bumper on which isn't true. Told that the bumper will be sticking out a bit because of it but I said no, it better not by the time that I pick up the car. Bonus, Jeremy was great and the alignment solved the issue that I got from the accident.
