When I picked up my car there was a weird braking noise that wasn't there when I brought the car in. I was told to go to the next bldg and that they could check my brakes. The guy there told me there would be a diagnostic charge to look at just my brakes. This was after I just got through spending $1500 to have my car fixed and he knew that! I told him I would just go see and friend of mine who is a mechanic. My mechanic friend told me that it was probably because my car was parked outside all week-end at Newby in the rain. That a condensation had probably built up on my brake pads. That by driving my car a couple hours that it would probably go away. Too bad that your employee wasn't intelligent enough to tell me that. He just kept saying it's not our fault and there will be a charge to look at your brakes. Might be good to send him to a customer service class. I will NEVER bring my car back to Newby again!

I'm really unhappy with Newby. Not only did I get bumped a week on my car, but I was told that I would be charged to have something looked at that wasn't there when I brought the car. Unacceptable!

Did a good job but took a long time and there was never any updates.
