The repair took 11 days for 2 pieces of glass (windshield & sunroof) plus a cleaning. Upon receiving the truck the sunroof didn't work and the HUD was not calibrated, these items should have been addressed during the repair.

They left out the hood prop and the job was not complete 100 percent. They took twice as long as they originally told me and raised false alarms that caused me stress. I’m having my attorney take care of it and look forward to seeing them be held accountable in court!

Kurt…the manager of body repair shop…is the best I have ever seen!!! he takes the time to explain everything…. Listen to our questions….. always call us back…. And it’s probably is the best employee you have.!!!!!! Kurt keeps me coming back to newbie Buick GMC… that is one of the main reasons why most people will go to newbie and not Steven wade across the street…. Steven Wade just does not care….. newbie always cares and makes you feel like you’re important and does the work great and make sure the prices are competitive or better than anyone else….. I couldn’t possibly refer one of my friends or people who asked me where I should go anywhere else but newbie…… I say this sincerely Kurt is reading that good…. Thank you, Tom.
