The work done was great, but I had asked to have a light scratch on the right front door be evaluated to see if it was light enough to be buffed out before I turn in the car for a lease. But this wasn't done and I left 2 messages for Steve to get back to me, and I haven't heard from him. I have turned in my car so it's too late now, but I'm disappointed. Otherwise things were h great.

From first phone call to finished repair, I was impressed with this team. ChatGPT directed me to NCC, advising I should preference “repairers over replacers”. That’s exactly how it unfolded. The other two auto repair shops I obtained quotes from wanted to replace an entire Mercedes-Benz bumper at a cost of several multiples above the excellent repair conducted by NCC. I will go back anytime I have a problem in the future. BTW, kudos to ChatGPT on this recommendation.

I have nothing but good things to say about NCC. The whole process was smooth, quick and easy. They got me in right away, provided a free loaner car, dealt with the insurance company and kept me informed though out the whole process. My vehicle came back super clean and looking brand new inside and out! I will be telling everyone I know to come here for collision repair. Thank you so much for everything!!
