After my Toyota Sequoia was rear-ended on Lowell Road, I was dreading the whole ordeal — the repairs, the waiting, the phone tag. Anita and her crew turned what could have been a miserable few weeks into one of the smoothest service experiences I've ever had, with any business, in any industry. Anita is simply outstanding. From the very first conversation she was warm, patient, and completely transparent about what needed to happen and how long it would take. She answered every question thoroughly and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. That kind of customer care is rare, and it clearly sets the tone for the entire shop. The communication was exceptional throughout. I received timely updates at every stage, and they provide an online repair progress dashboard so I could check exactly where my Sequoia stood at any moment. I never had to call and ask, never had to wonder, never had to chase anyone down. Every single business that keeps customers waiting should take notes. And the work itself? Flawless. The crew's craftsmanship is top notch — the repair is seamless, the paint match is perfect, and the Sequoia came back looking every bit as good as it did before the accident. They clearly take real pride in what they do. Getting rear-ended is nobody's idea of a good week, but Anita and the team at Nichols Body Company made the recovery part genuinely easy. All was good accept I notice where maybe the new bumper after being painted had a very small mark in the middle of the bumper where maybe it was bumped on something and pushed the paint back leaving about a 8th inch mark. And I notice it on Saturday after picking car up on Friday so I'd only drove it home. Other wise I'm super pleased with it

Job well done, car looks good and well repaired. Got car back a day earlier than I expected and bill was a lot lower than I expected!!! I would recommend Nichols to anyone needing repairs done

There was no repair done. I believe a hood could have been obtained off another Hyundai and screwed bumper back on and not totaled it out
