Car should have been totaled. They had it for 2 months. Making me pay for the 2nd month of a car rental, they lied when they said parts came in, after they had called me the week before, saying they were in. They made an excuse that it was other parts, which is not what they said the week before. And the car still reeks of paint. I have a hard time breathing with my asthma because of the paint .

Dents from hail damage were repaired. It is that the inside of our vehicle was not cleaned. Very dusty and foot prints left on carpeting.

Same as previously mentioned. Talked to Mark about it said if we brought it back he would clean it. We told him no due to car had been already 4 days and didn’t want to have it tied up again. Should have been checked before delivering it to us.

Car mat was left with big dirty shoe prints. Seats were adjusted to a tall person. Had to figure out how to adjust to fit me. Should have fixed seats how they were when done. I felt like I was sitting whay low to drive. Had to go home and figure it out. Left shoe prints on car interior also.
