The bodyshop is absolutely outstanding! Mark and his boys are true professionals where as Jeff needs to go! His customer relations are extremely poor.

Very poor customer service from Jeff! He does not have a good memory and always has a chip on his shoulder. If it wasn't for Mark who is the actual repair professional I would NOT go there. Jeff has gotten in arguments with me on several occasions. Thank God I don't base my expectations with the shop on dealing with Jeff!

I’m sure they are shorthanded but they need to improve communication. I was told my car would take one to two days and it was like five.

It seemed to take a long time, but the work as far as I can tell so far is perfect. That’s my third vehicle they have fixed up down there. Just wish they had more help and it was quicker.
