Darrell was incredible, extremely polite and well spoken. The cashier when I went to pick up my keys was rude and kept putting words in my mouth. And made me look like an idiot in front of other customers

I was totally satisfied with my fixing of my car. Daryl was very informative and kept me updated. The repairs look good and it was good to have the rental car picked up to take me from the dealership and return the rental at the dealership. It was easy with the dealership being involved with the rental car company.

Not only was Crivelli conveniently located for me but setting up the appointment to have the car required in the body shop was easy and fit my schedule. Joe Fazio, the body shop manager is the best shop manager I have had the pleasure of working with.

I was referred to Crivelli Chevy body shop by my insurance and it has been a wonderful experience. Joe Fazio runs the shop and he is friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. He is committed to making sure his shop does the best job they can on body repairs. I hope I don’t need a body shop again but if I do I won’t hesitate to return to Crivelli and seek Joe’s help again.

It took 19 months to get the car serviced. Kept getting strung along. The loaner car was falling apart. Air conditioning barely. worked. The whole experience totally sucked. I will not be referring your business to anyone.
