Everyone there was very kind and accomodating. My only constructive criticism is that it was difficult to get my car back as they close early and have no weekend hours. It would be beneficial to have slightly extended business hours at least a couple of days a week for those of us who work all day until 5 pm.

This is our 2nd time having our truck serviced at Nicks! They are beyond accommodating and efficient! Dropped my truck off on a Monday and it was finished wed late afternoon. Extremely happy for the 2nd time. The process was so easy and not stressful. Their customer service is 💯

Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. My biggest issue was with the man at the front desk. Every time I called to ask about my car, he would give me a different date and repeatedly told me it would be ready when it wasn’t. He even had my husband drive to pick up the car, only for us to find out it wasn’t ready at all. It felt like he would say anything just to get us off the phone instead of giving us accurate information. The repair itself took much longer than expected, but I have to give credit where it’s due—the quality of the work was excellent, and I’m very happy with how my car turned out. The only reason I’m not giving a higher rating is because dealing with the front desk was incredibly frustrating. Better communication and honesty would make a huge difference.
