Convenient location, pleasant office surroundings and a very accommodating staff. They make an unpleasant situation with a damaged car, pleasant.

Car looks great and service in The office is top notch. However, I did have to bring my vehicle back a little while later that day because the door lock light was not working and there was a small pointed piece of black plastic sticking out of the door seam. The tech had to reconnect the door lock light plug and not sure what the plastic piece removed was from. Otherwise, very pleased.

This is my second time at NOLA and very pleased how this business is run and keeps you informed.

I would highly recommend NOLA Collision

The repairs were perfect, totally seamless.

The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. Everyone was helpful and kind. Communication was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the process. I could tell that everyone cared and it wasn’t just about collecting a check. Tina, Amanda and Alexis were great!
