When I returned home, our car was in the driveway and it looked great...just like new. Chris was very kind to deliver the vehicle to our home as my husband is hospitalized and I was with him and could not pick it up. Also, when I initially delivered the car for the estimate, Mr. Tony made sure I had a ride home. Thank you to the entire staff at NOLA Collision for a job well done and for your kindness.

I was extremely happy that everything (insurance claim, rental car and repair) were in one place. The only thing I would change was getting some form of proof that you handle the rental car return. I left the keys but got nothing stating that you would return the car and I would get something from enterprise. I trust that this happens I just wish there was some confirmation.

I drive a Mercedes Benz E350. My car had a dent in the bumper. NOLA painted over the dent, but did not repair it. They treated my car as if it was a Kia. The dent was very noticeable even after they so called, repaired it. Im dissatisfied with the results
