We have used your shop multiple times over the years and have referred several family members because of the positive experiences we’ve had in the past. I am disappointed with the handling of the repair on my daughter’s vehicle. The back panel that was damaged was not painted during the repair process. When I questioned this, I was told by the adjuster that the panel did not require painting because it did not match the damaged area. However, after reviewing the original estimate and the photos taken before repairs, it appears that the damaged area does in fact extend to that panel and should have been addressed as part of the repair. The explanation I received does not seem consistent with the documentation.
