We were told we would be called when parts arrived, however, once vehicle was brought in we were told work would be apx a week. After said week we had to call to be told vehicle was not ready due to wrong part arrived, then we had to call again to be told part was damaged worse than the original damage. Why wasn't part opened immediately to make sure it was right and not damaged in the first place? So ultimately what was told would take a week took 2 1/2-3 weeks. Not end of the world, but definetly affected our scheduled use of vehicle as we can not rent a truck with goose neck hitch.
