I am the manager for a University fleet, while there are other shops available to me, we always go to North Country Collision. They are the recommended shop for both business and personal repairs.

The repair was completed exactly as scheduled. The interior of the vehicle was cleaned very well ( pleasant shocked at this). They also noted a warranty concern with paint adhesion on my front bumper. I had hit a deer the previous June. They took the front bumper off and prepped and painted it under warranty. I am more than 100% satisfied. This shop is extremely well run, organized, honest, timely and communicative with the customer.

Excellent customer service always called me and let me know how my vehicle was coming along. I was so impressed how they washed and waxed my car and even cleaned the inside. Just like a new car . Their work is fantastic
