They waited until AFTER I made a trip back from FL to inform me that the car was declared totaled. I had to travel, find lodging and rent a car for nothing. I had called them before I made the trip to see if all was on schedule.

The staff at NoCoFo Collision were awesome to work with. Chrystal made sure my needs were met and when I wanted a follow up to ensure that the electronic system was functioning properly, NoCo Ford looked at the system and made adjustments that I was very happy with.
