Unfortunately all of this has left me very unhappy I to this day am trying to figure out how to get my car good realigned and what to do about the issues with my car still. They say there are no issues but the hood is misaligned, my car is making sounds it didn’t before, and my new grill has scratches and digs and it was supposed to be new. On top of that my car was gone for so long and still has all these issues still. I’ve been in contact with insurance company about these issues but he claims he’s never able to get in contact with the shop.

Took way too long, my “new grill” was scuffed and has a couple dings. My car has been squealing and making off noises since it’s been repaired after the accident. My hood alignment is off while only slightly still shouldn’t be for how long it was gone for.

Unfortunately I work all the hours you’re open. I work in a hospital that’s an hour away from Lancaster Monday - Friday 8-5 Unfortunately I can’t just take a day off during the week as we are super short staffed. This has made everything extremely difficult.
