As usual, repair was fixed right the first time. The technician took the time to explain the repair and showed me the replaced part. Customer service was exceptional and loaner vehicle was clean and a newer model making the down time of my primary vehicle a minimal hassle. North Country Ford should emulate the collision center customer experiance throughout it's complete organisation.
