Customer Service was great. I wasn’t pleased with the repairs they did the first time, but their Customer Service was so good I decided to give them another try when I needed some body work. David Collins was great to do business with. They did good work.

My vehicle had the front end knocked off in an accident. North Lincoln Body Shop fixed the front end and had it painted and you could not tell that there was anything ever wrong with my vehicle. The vehicle was done in a reliable time so that I was able to get my vehicle back in great condition and drove it home. The people that work in the office at The Body Shop we're very polite and very helpful with my paperwork and my payment.

The person in the body shop front office called me twice a week to keep me informed as to where my vehicle was at the point of being completed. They explain to me that certain part for the headlight was delivered three times broken the fourth time they had it tracked from stop to stop and it now it was received and installed and everything was done in a minimal amount of time.

It took 3 weeks and they initially said they had all the parts so not sure why. It was fine for me but seems more expensive for you.

The work they did was good. The insurance company, however, opted to repair only some of the damage caused by the accident so I’m left covering those costs on my own
