waited over a month to get my car back, they didn’t fix my locks (i specifically called and asked them to look at it) and they didn’t fix my back up camera (car was hit in the rear and camera worked before accident) then i was told the manager would call me when he came in, i guess he’s been on vacation for a week because im still waiting

Was told our car wouldn’t be ready when we called on a Friday around 3:30 but would be ready the folllowing Monday. Then received a text from our insurance (at 4:30) that the car was in fact ready. We called to see what time you were open until and no one answered so we couldn’t get our car. The following Monday, when we were told by your office that it would be ready, my daughter called to see when you close and she was told 5:00…she races there after work only to find out you are actually open until 6pm. Not sure what the problem is that we kept getting the wrong information but it was very frustrating!
