Great experience! The receptionist was wonderful and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The owner took great care of my car, and they even hand-washed it before I picked it up. Highly recommend!

There was tape residue on the right rear quarter panel from where they taped it off to paint it. As much labor that was charged I would expect for it to have been cleaned off.

Not really happy with what they did. It took several weeks to get the parts (which I realize is out of their control) but then they got the parts and realized they were “too backed up” to get the repairs completed in a timely fashion and “would it be ok if we send it to our Grand Prairie location”. Then it still took like three weeks. In all it took six weeks. Then I went to pick it up, and arrived at the shop right at 7:30 when they open. No one got there until 7:45 then the person who had to deal with the payment didn’t show until 8. By the time we got it taken care of, I gave it a Quick Look and barely made it to work. When I got time to look over it more carefully, I could see where there was tape residue on the right rear quarter panel apparently where they had taped it off to paint. Then a few days later I went to get some groceries out of the back and realized the light in the hatchback is not working, so now I’m going to have to deal with that additional problem.
