All the service and body shop employees have been pleasant and efficient. Chad however went above and beyond any expectations. He was so kind and had me in and out so fast. Even so, he was very knowledgeable and detailed. I’m a single mom with my two kids so getting us in and out was very appreciated. My friends said they had the same efficient experience. I trust whatever he recommends on my car. Northcutt is lucky to have him.
