The only reason is to know in advance of what is ßeing done every step of the way & also estimated time of completion. I only received a phone call on the last workday towards the evening of when I can pick up my vehicle. I didn’t have time to schedule with my work in advance to pick it up

This is the third time we have used this company over the years and would do so again. The only reason This review is not a 10: The hood was not flush In one side when we picked up the car. My husband pointed this out to the employee who took the car back to have it corrected. Upon return a few minutes later he commented to the effect that the car was not expected to look as though it just left the factory. Felt like that was not necessary as the correction was made thank you! .
