Haidie gave me an excellent customer service. She is professional and knowledgeable about her work. She’s gave a detailed information about the work done in my car and insurance information. She called my adjustor regarding my deductible of $500.00. She helped me completed the requirements to waived the deductible fee. She walked me to my car to inspect the work done and even mentioned the tiny scratch on trunk that was inside my head that I forgot to mention. She ask the gentleman to do the touch up. I felt I’m a family and saw me as a valuable member. Thank you so much for addressing my need professionally.

Paint chip unrepaired on the area of damage and some trimmings are loose. Also park lights and break lights not working properly. The bumper installed are not the same quality as the original as some parts of the the edges are noticeably rough.
