I got my vehicle back damaged on a different part of the vehicle than I brought it in for. I was worked up yes, but think any normal person who still owes 24k on their vehicle would be. However, it does sound like NW is willing to fix what got damaged while they had possession of my vehicle.

From start to finish, Northwest Auto Body was easy to work with the insurance claim that we had. They took care of our estimate., the body work and the insurance claim so we did not have to deal with any of that. It was very convenient, and the work was excellent.
