We have only used Norton & Richardson for car repairs in the past 20+ yrs. They always do an excellent job. My only complaint this one time is that I had to wait more than 1 mt. for the appt. to get the bumper fixed, which I felt was too long. My accident occurred on 12/24; repair wasn't done until 2/9.

The only negative was how long I had to wait to bring my car in. Accident happened on 12/24 & repair was not scheduled by norton & Richardson until 2/9/2015. N&R have done all of our car repairs for 20+ yrs so this was disappointing but definitely worth the wait
