I've always rattled of "Norton and Richardson" immediately. I don't even know either name in the company (never asked), but each employee needs to be proud of the service they provide in bolstering the name itself!

Prompt, courteous service. Even while busy, they take time to address your concerns adequately. I needed help during the holidays (around Christmas), and they were quite pleasant, even though the atmosphere around them was chaotic.
