My truck looks great where the repair was done. There was an unsmoked cigarette in my cup holder. I don’t smoke. There was some random container of air freshener or cologne on my back seat. It wasn’t there when my truck was dropped off. There is a lot of white “dust” on my interior doors, seats, panels that all seem to be from whoever was moving in and out of my truck during the repair. The customer service team was great, kept me informed along the length of my repair but I am very disappointed in the care taken to keep my vehicle clean and the cigarette thing is unacceptable.
