The insurance company recommended this company so I went with it. I have another vehicle to drive and didn't need a rental. I didn't appreciate waiting approximately 2.5 months to have it repaired. A very easy cosmetic repair. I accepted this time line because it was drivable and I have other vehicles. This one issue would change my recommendation. I should have been treated with the highest priority.
