This is the 2nd time I have had to use Oak Ridge for my auto body repair needs and again they stepped up to the plate and provided excellent service. From Tony having to deal with the Insurance Company trying to use less that OEM parts to Mitch and the others in back who put my vehicle back together after having an incident with a deer. Their process is quick, simple and top notch and again would recommend them to anyone who needs to get some work done on their vehicle.

Typically I use the Subaru dealership only for any car work including body work. Living too far from my preferred dealership now, I did my homework and chose Oak Ridge based on reviews as well as it's location. I was in and out for a quote within a few minutes. Bonus, the quote came in 400$ less than the dealership. I was surprised at the ease of drop off/pick up. Work was completed nicely. Car looks as good as new and it was completed 2 days early, which was half the time quoted. Quite happy with the experience overall. Thankfully, nothing negative to report.
