I walked in without an appointment to see about getting some scratches and chips fixed, as well as a repaint of a portion of my side mirror. From the beginning, Tony made me feel valued and not like a bother at all! The turnaround time was reasonable, and they sent me both automated and personal updates to my email. I picked Lizzy up and she looks amazing (and they washed and shined her up, too!). I felt so cared for and the price was very fair. I would recommend Oak Ridge Auto Body to anyone needing high-quality body and/or paint work. Thank you all so much!
