Only issue I had was the automated system sending out updates that were incorrect. If I was local it wouldnt have been such an issue but I wasn’t. So maybe thats a “me” problem. But other than that I love their shop. From the work they did on my vehicle to the people and their interactions.

It would've been nice to have reasons why the finish date was delayed multiple times. For example, "A new hood needed to be ordered," and "The paint cracked so we had to repaint a part."
