I LOVE Odell Collision. Working with them is so easy. The entire team communicates well, they are professional and my vehicle always looks better after than it did before. My Tahoe came out smelling fresh and was vacuumed and wiped down with this repair. That made my day. 😊 I appreciate updates they provide to me throughout the repair, including any delays they may be experiencing due to parts on order, etc. Odell really does exceptional work. Only issue I had was the automated system sending out updates that were incorrect. If I was local it wouldnt have been such an issue but I wasn’t. So maybe thats a “me” problem. But other than that I love their shop. From the work they did on my vehicle to the people and their interactions.

It would've been nice to have reasons why the finish date was delayed multiple times. For example, "A new hood needed to be ordered," and "The paint cracked so we had to repaint a part."
