Overall, I'm very pleased with our interaction with Odell Collision. They are polite, professional, and accommodating through out the process. My only ding is the amount of time it took, but it's better to take ones time and do it right than hurry the repair. (Plus, I don't know all that transpired behind the scenes between the insurance company, suppliers, and any work that was ahead of us in the queue. )
