Great customer service. When I took my car to the shop and picked up my rental there was a problem. The rental that Enterprise assigned me wasn’t a comfortable fit. It was way too big. Brooke contacted Enterprise and was able to get another rental for me. I received updates on the progress of my repair. When I picked up my car I was pleased to see that not only was it fixed but it had been washed as well as cleaned inside.
