I was telling someone because they own a KIA, whoever worked on that KIA did a very bad job. I was telling them in the future please use your shop because you folks know KIA, doing body work and diagnosis further insuring a workable vehicle you can drive with confidence.

They were quite helpful in explaining, answering questions and courtesy was outstanding even when I requested xerox copies. When I went to pick up my car, upon examination, I returned to say what the problem was they immediately took care of the matter. I appreciated all their help. One young lady helped me the day before with the Metra schedule, since I had to return home for the check, that was going an extra mile, everyone was great an excellent customer service team.
