Repair took quite a bit longer than expected and there was a few issues still when we picked up the van.

We would receive weekly updates while our van was in the shop ,but they usually came the day before it was supposed to be completed and informed me that the completion date was pushed back another week. They did cover some extra rental car coverage which was nice.

body work is good although disappointed that there are things that were broken in the wreck that weren't fixed or even accounted for on the estimate. the mechanical repairs I'm am completely unsatisfied. I had to bring it back right away because it still had major issues.
