I would rate this a 5/10. I would not tell someone to avoid OHS, because Josh was professional and the truck looked good cosmetically when I picked it up. However, based on my experience with communication, scheduling, the calibration not being completed at initial pickup, and the vibration issue afterward, I would have reservations about recommending the shop without warning someone to stay very involved in the process and confirm everything before pickup.

The cosmetic repair quality appears good so far, and I appreciated that the truck was washed and the interior was cleaned. However, the overall repair quality experience was affected by the truck not being fully ready at pickup because the calibration still had to be completed, and I noticed highway-speed vibration after getting it back. I understand the vibration may be tire/balance-related and may not be directly caused by the bumper repair, but from a customer standpoint it made the repair feel incomplete.

Josh was professional, respectful, and good to work with directly. I also appreciated that the truck was washed and that the interior was cleaned when I picked it up. That said, the overall experience was frustrating. Early on, it was difficult to get ahold of the shop and there was a lot of phone tag. I had already submitted photos through Progressive, but still had to drive down to the shop for additional photos before the repair could move forward. Because I did not have rental coverage, scheduling mattered to me. I specifically tried to avoid having the truck sit over a weekend while I was paying out of pocket for transportation. The repair was pushed back a couple weeks, and when I finally dropped it off Monday, April 27, I expected the work to be completed during the week. I got it back Friday, May 1, and it was barely ready by then. The calibration was not completed at pickup, so I had to return Monday, May 4. I dropped it off around 8:30 a.m. and waited until just before 11:00 a.m. After leaving, I still noticed highway-speed vibration. I understand now that may not have been related to the calibration, and I am getting my seasonal tires swapped and balanced soon, but from a customer standpoint it made the truck feel incomplete when I got it back. Overall, Josh himself was good to work with, but the communication, scheduling, extra trips, incomplete calibration at pickup, and vibration issue made the total experience less smooth than expected.
