Since 1970 OHS' Body Shop has been a local family owned business. OHS' has grown into Montana's largest body shop group with four locations. Working and caring for our customers and insurance partners. We offer auto body repair, auto painting, paintless dent repair, glass replacement, fiberglass repair, and plastic welding repair and a full Aluminum clean room. We are the area's only operation with a Aluminum clean room, in house paintless dent repair and nitrogen welder for plastic repair for bumpers and more. We offer a stress free repair for our clients and a low stress work place for our team. We pride our selves on quality and service! I was told the repairs would take 2 weeks and I called to check on status and I was told my car would be done the following week, so I rented a car for that one week, ($ out of my own pocket) then I called again and was told another week, and then same thing was told to me on the 4 week. ohs then got me a rental car the 5 th week bc I was told my car would be done on Monday 1/26. But the car was not done until 1/28. Maybe the rental car should have been offered to me after the 2 week wait. I had the unexpected expenses of renting a car after the 2 weeks. After the struggles of finding rides for my family and I we resorted to use door dash for groceries and supplies. It was so stresssful. Glad it finally got done and just hoping this may help understand that customers rely on promised deadlines. If I was told it may take 4-6 weeks then I would have made some plans to be prepared for the wait. I dropped off my car on 12/18/25 and picked it up on 1/28/26.

Jordan from kalispell shop was very helpful. He even made arrangements to send the car to a different shop which cut the down time by several weeks. The craftmanship from polson was exceptional. To look at the car you would never know that it was hit by a deer. we are very pleased.

I was on a timeline and not only did they have the repair work finished right on time, but they kept me informed the whole way through. Also when an issue arose on something out of thier control they fixed the issue and still completed all repairs on time! Really appreciate no hassle experience and will recommend them to others
