The workmanship seemed on point as it has in the past when I've had work done.

This has nothing to do with aanyone in particular but the communication was very poor. If you cant start a job on time and on schedule, let that be know before a vehicle gets dropped off. If its dropped off and you realize your behind, call the customer, its a lot better than no contact. Let me know updates that are actually of use. I got a text a week after my vehicle was scheduled saying "its in the shop." (Id sure hope so, since it was supposed to be done by then) the only other text I got was were over halfway (again supposed to be done) describe what point were at and what's actually being done, maybe even call? The customer shouldn't have to keep following up. We're all human and aren't perfect but rather than making excuses just be honest (you never know who knows about this line of work)
