Phenomenal team and phenomenal work. The only negative was that on both when I dropped off me vehicle and when I picked it up, the front counter was left unattended and I was left waiting 10 minutes for assistance. Also forgot to reapply paint sealant (it was a new truck) and instead of fixing it, they sent me back to the Ford dealership...an inconvenience to say the least.
