My Experience

My experience with OKC was excellent from beginning to end! I initially called to report that I needed an estimate for damage from hitting a deer. I dropped my vehicle off, and the OKC team quickly gathered the necessary pictures and information to prepare the estimate. I was then able to pick my vehicle back up while waiting for the parts to arrive. Once the parts were in and repairs were ready to begin, I dropped it back off. Throughout the repair process, I received notifications letting me know when repairs were underway, updates on the progress, and the estimated completion time. The entire process was incredibly easy and smooth! Unfortunately, my family has had to utilize OKC many times over the years, but fortunately, we know we are in good hands every time. The excellent communication, quality of work, and the fact that my vehicle is always returned looking so clean are just a few of the reasons we continue to highly recommend OKC. A huge thank you to Shawn, Shawna, Becky, Ron, and the entire OKC team for taking such great care of us and our vehicles. We truly appreciate you! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
