The exterior repairs looked fine, but there is now a rattling noise coming from under the hood that was not present before the repair. This new noise started only after I picked up the vehicle, so I’m concerned that something was not reassembled correctly or an internal component was affected during the repair process.

I received almost no communication about my car. My accident was on January 1st, and the only update I got was on January 6th—because I called them. I was told I’d be contacted after the assessment, but no one ever reached out. I eventually had to call GEICO myself, and they were the ones who told me the car was already being repaired. On January 22nd, I called Olender’s. The person working on my car wasn’t available, and when he finally called back, he was rude and dismissive. He admitted it was not their procedure to only update GEICO, yet still never contacted me. He told me the car would be ready the following week, but that week passed with no updates. I didn’t hear from him again until February 2nd. When I picked up the car, he was intimidating and overly “nice” in a way that felt manipulative. He pushed a paper at me and said I had to sign it to get my car and the money. I signed just to get my vehicle back. The entire experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I had also filled my gas tank completely on December 27th, and when I got my car back, there was barely enough gas to get home. This added to my overall dissatisfaction with how my car—and I—were treated.
