On the Road Garage launched in Irving in 2020 as a unique tech-focused collision repair business to fill a skills gap and talent pipeline shortage. In addition to a commercial enterprise, On the Road Garage is rebuilding more than cars with apprenticeships that provide training on collision repair, advanced driver assistance systems and other smart car technology. This location - On The Road Garage 2 - West Dallas - is our 2nd location. It is located right outside of Downtown Dallas in a prime spot for taking care of customers with all collision repair needs. We are continuing the great reputation that our Irving location has achieved by providing great communication and service to all our Insurance partners.

Repairs were incomplete upon my arrival to pick up my car, and there was an additional scratch on my car that needed to be painted. I was told the manager “poorly QC’d” my car before pick up. This caused confusion in the rental car service resulting in me having to pay out of pocket additional days needed. A poor QC from the business manager makes me seriously question the work performed on my vehicle.

There is a piece of equipment that was not replaced and need to be fixed. I have to take my car back to the shop once the new ordered piece come in.

I informed the garage that the car did not run. Unfortunately, they came and picked it up then informed me, basically , they are not a full service Collision center. They do not do any mechanical work. Leaving me questioning how you would repair my vehicle you towed because it would not run? Disappointed to say the least. I had read so many good reviews, but evidently those were not for this location. My loss. I had to have my car towed to another location to get in line again. Hoping this next experience is better.
