On the Road Garage launched in Irving in 2020 as a unique tech-focused collision repair business to fill a skills gap and talent pipeline shortage. In addition to a commercial enterprise, On the Road Garage is rebuilding more than cars with apprenticeships that provide training on collision repair, advanced driver assistance systems and other smart car technology. This location - On The Road Garage 2 - West Dallas - is our 2nd location. It is located right outside of Downtown Dallas in a prime spot for taking care of customers with all collision repair needs. We are continuing the great reputation that our Irving location has achieved by providing great communication and service to all our Insurance partners.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and answered my questions. Repairs were completed well before the estimated date, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely work with this shop again (but hopefully I won’t have to!).

Incredibly friendly staff, the receptionist was so kind! Daily updates on my vehicle status was really cool and my car looks brand spankin’ new! They even finished repairs almost a week before quoted initially! 🥰

Very prompt with getting service done and keeping me up to date as the progress went. I have a school sticker decal on my bumper, and I was amazed to see that the decal was able to be removed and reinstalled when my bumper was fixed.
