The final repair was good, except that if you look closely at the driver's side, the paint ran a little and left a mark, but you have to look very closely; not just anyone would notice it. Also, they took longer than the estimated date, and they drove the car 100 miles without my authorization. The missing piece on the bumper also was wrong that they haven’t say anything until we noticed and there are a few other minor issues. But I think that overall, the work is better than at many other places, which is why I think the cost was so high.

When I picked up my car, I couldn’t have been happier. It looked beautiful. I was nervous about taking my BMW to a local shop after someone hit us last month. I have always used BMW-certified shops, and my car has a unique color, so I was especially concerned about the repair quality. One Twenty-Two explained that, if needed, they could transport my car to one of their BMW-certified locations depending on the extent of the damage. After the initial consultation, Shasta reassured me that all the work could be completed on site — even the scuffed rim could be repaired. Throughout the process, I was kept well informed about the progress
