I cannot speak more highly about my experience with O’Neill’s. It’s rare these days to find true customer service. From the very first interaction, they were very empathetic and understanding in a very stressful moment. They made me and my family to feel cared for and that everything would be taken care of. Their interactions with us and our State Farm agent were clear and the schedules for repairs were spot on. I will refer as many people as possible to them. They turned a very stressful situation into a very pleasant outcome. The workmanship is incredible. We could not be more impressed.
