A body shop is not someplace that you'd like to really have a a lot of familiarity with, but I've had a few repairs fixed at Opeka over the past few years and the quality of the work and wonderful staff are first class!

I am a repeat customer at Opeka. I had an accident right before Thanksgiving and Opeka was the only place I’d consider taking my Jeep for repairs. The projected time to fix the car was not optimal, but due to the holiday season, part shortage and etc was ok waiting until January for the repair. Travis was great to work with and upfront and honest with timing expectations, but was able to fit me in earlier and I picked up the car on Thursday. It was washed and spotless and the repairs were perfect. I could not be more pleased.

Very satisfied with the work and appearance and the drove successfully the five hour drive home with no mechanical issues. We are particularly grateful to Travis for his diligence and competence in returning emails in an expedient and informative manner.

The front camera performance is glitching. Works sporadically. Travis ordered a new camera and will set up a follow up appt to diagnose and repair

This was the 3rd request from Opeka concerning service quality. I've waited until now to respond so I could be sure of repair evaluation. My 1st observation was very positive, but I wanted to drive my car a while to verify all was good. My opinion is Opeka did an outstanding job on making repairs on my vehicle. I've had to use your repair facility twice in the past 10 years. I hope I never have another vehicle mishap, but if I do, Opeka will be my 1st choice for repairs. VERY HAPPY.
